At Masuri, we are committed to providing the highest quality protection for cricketers; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and securely pack them in the original Masuri packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
